Cancellation of bungalows, accommodation and sailing boats, reservations
If cancelled 8 weeks before the starting date the 50% of the amount will be reimbursed
minus € 25,= administration cost.
If cancelled within 8 weeks nothing will be reimbursed. You have to make your own cancellation insurance.

Liability insurance
Watersport centre 't Garijp is not liable for the loss, theft of and damages to goods or visitors.Watersport centre 't Garijp has a company liability insurance. Damages caused by the visitors to inventory and materies of Watersport centre 't Garijp will be charged to the visitors.
We advise you to have a travel/luggage insurance for your stay at the Watersport centre 't Garijp.

Boat rental
If renting a boat one must take, in account a personal risk of € 150,= in case of damages or loss.
For each happening an experience sailor is required.

Payment conditions
After enrolment/reservation you will receive a confirmation. After receiving the confirmation you have to pay 50% of the charged amount within 8 days. The rest must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the starting date ( ' unless mentioned differente in the confirmation letter). If reservations are made within 6 weeks from the starting the full amount must be paid immediately.
